Job description:

  1. Preparing the strategic plan for the university’s vice-chancellery for development
  2. Preparing the operational plan for the university’s vice-chancellery for development
  3. Monitoring the implementation of OP operational plan (uploading documents and monitoring the performance of other managerial departments)
  4. Monitoring the implementation of HOP operational plan (uploading documents and monitoring the performance of other managerial departments)
  5. Implementing the consignment of operational units to non-governmental sectors
  6. Revising and improving the processes of the university’s vice-chancellery for development
  7. Implementing educational programs to train the health managers of the university
  8. Establishing a database that includes comprehensive information about the managers of the institute
  9. Establishing a process for receiving suggestions and proposals on how to improve the performance of the institute  
  10. Establishing a process to record the experiences of the managers of the institute
  11. Evaluating the performance of the university (Shahid Rajaie Festival)
  12. Monitoring the satisfaction of the clients from the related units and departments of the university
  13. Establishing and standardizing a performance management system in the university
