Job description:
- Preparing the strategic plan for the university’s vice-chancellery for development
- Preparing the operational plan for the university’s vice-chancellery for development
- Monitoring the implementation of OP operational plan (uploading documents and monitoring the performance of other managerial departments)
- Monitoring the implementation of HOP operational plan (uploading documents and monitoring the performance of other managerial departments)
- Implementing the consignment of operational units to non-governmental sectors
- Revising and improving the processes of the university’s vice-chancellery for development
- Implementing educational programs to train the health managers of the university
- Establishing a database that includes comprehensive information about the managers of the institute
- Establishing a process for receiving suggestions and proposals on how to improve the performance of the institute
- Establishing a process to record the experiences of the managers of the institute
- Evaluating the performance of the university (Shahid Rajaie Festival)
- Monitoring the satisfaction of the clients from the related units and departments of the university
- Establishing and standardizing a performance management system in the university
