  1. Handling financial affairs of the university’s vice-chancelleries for development, treatment, education, social affairs, and research
  2. Handling financial affairs of the medical emergency center
  3. Handling financial affairs of the school of pharmacology
  4. Handling financial affairs of the retired staff of the university
  5. Handling financial affairs of the research, cohort, development, and MMT centers of the university
  6. Handling financial affairs of the administrative headquarters of the university
  7. Handling financial affairs of 22 of Bahman Drugstore
  8. Handling financial affairs of the affiliated units including: Basij Organization of Iran’s medical society, health charitarians society, Tehran bureau, Rezvan and Haftan dormitories, constant education center, martyrs and sacrificial victims’ unit, central library, sports committee, medical council, and nursing council
  9. Handling financial affairs related to the construction projects such as Trauma Center, Emam Ali Clinic, central library, and the schools and hospitals under construction
  10. Handling financial affairs of the centralized contracts of the university including contracts related to welfare affairs, pilgrimage and sports events, memorandums of understanding with banks, housing deposits of the specialists, educational courses, research studies, thesis and dissertation projects, scientific conferences and Olympiads, insurance of buildings, software, auditing, etc.
  11. Handling financial affairs related to centralized purchases such as buying medical equipment, books, etc.
